What affects the price
Why grooming prices vary
Grooming is priced on time and effort. Four things decide where your pet falls.
Standard or Full Groom
A Standard Groom is the bath, blow-dry and basic maintenance. A Full Groom adds clipping, shaving, trimming and scissor styling, so it takes longer.
Breed and coat type
A curly poodle coat, a double coat and a smooth coat are three different jobs. Breeds needing scissor work or hand-finishing take longer.
Coat condition
A well-maintained coat groomed regularly is quicker than a matted or heavily shedding coat, which needs far more time and care to work through safely.
